Many ‘off the shelf’ ranges just don’t offer the flexibility that they need. About Our Bespoke Shower Design Service
Bliss is a retail partner with UK brand’s Kudos & Matki , which enables us to offer their bespoke design service to our customers - providing a quality showering solution that meets your specific requirements at a discounted price!
How It Works
Step 1. First, we need some information in order to provide a guide price. This includes:
The product & range you’re looking for
Desired glass thickness (mm)
A photo of the area you’re looking to convert
A sketch of the area with measurements
Whether the product needs to be left or right handed
Any additional information you feel is important. e.g. if walls are plumb
Step 2. We will then let you know if we are able to make something suitable and provide you with a guide price (usually within 48 hours).
Step 3. If you’re happy with the guide price and would like to proceed, we will then require accurate drawings of the space available (we also offer a FREE measuring service if you’d like us to do this for you).
Step 4. Once the final measurements have been received, we will provide an engineering drawing, a final price and an estimated delivery date.
Step 5. Then, once you’re happy with the drawings you will need to sign-off on them and provide a deposit.
Step 6. When your product is ready we will arrange for delivery and if you have opted for the supply and fit option, a Kudos or Matki engineer with schedule an installation date.
Ordering a bespoke unit couldn’t be easier! (There is usually a total lead time of up to 6 weeks).
